One year limited warranty
Techinstro Automation warrants that its position control sensors, i.e. proximity switches and photoelectric sensors & fluid control sensors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one years, and Techinstro Automation will repair or replace any proximity switch which is found to be defective within one years of shipment and which is returned to us, shipping prepaid, within one year after the defect is found.

This warranty is in lieu of and excluding any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and this remedy is the exclusive remedy, as Techinstro Automation will not be responsible for any incidental or significant damages.

Techinstro Automation’s goal is to contribute to our customers' success by providing innovative solutions. If you need to return a product, however, the following guidelines will help you through the return process and provide you with a printable return-shipping label.

Please note that all returns require a GRA number. GRA numbers can be requested by calling Customer Service at +91-712-2646456 or via email at [email protected]. Products that are returned to Techinstro Automation without a GRA number will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Guidelines for Non-Warranty Returns (non-warranty returns are ordering errors, shipping errors, etc):

    • All returns related to non-warranty issues must be unused, free from damage, and returned to our warehouse in like-new condition.
    • Original PO#, part numbers, and quantity being returned must be given at the time of GRA issue. Special order items cannot be returned.
    • Return only the products that are specified on the GRA. Other products will be shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.
    • Products must be returned in their original boxes/bags, including all original documentation, accessories, and components. Do not mark or write on the product boxes/bags to avoid restocking fees.
    • Return all parts within 2 weeks of GRA issuance.
    • Shipping box must be labeled with the GRA number clearly marked on the outside of the box (or use the attached label). Do not mark or write on the product boxes/bags to avoid restocking fees.
    • The sender is responsible for the cost of the shipment as well as ensuring it arrives safely and undamaged to our warehouse. We recommend insuring the shipment for the full cost of the products being returned.

    • Shipments that do not follow the above guidelines will incur additional refurbishing fees or be returned to the sender without processing.
    • Any variation to the above guide lines can be approved by the Managing Director or the Finance Director


Guidelines for Warranty Returns (warranty returns are for products used in service that no longer function as expected):

    • Original PO#, part numbers, and quantity being returned must be given at the time of GRA issue.
    • Failure symptoms and application details must be provided for each product being returned.
    • Goods must be returned in a clean and sterile condition.
    • If a written evaluation report on the failure is required, this must be noted at the time of GRA issue.
    • Return only the products that are specified on the GRA. Other products will be shipped back to the sender at the sender's expense.
    • Return all parts within 2 weeks of GRA issuance.
    • Shipping box must be labeled with the GRA number clearly marked on the outside of the box (or use the attached label).
    • The sender is responsible for the cost of the shipment as well as ensuring it arrives safely and undamaged to our warehouse. We recommend insuring the shipment for the full cost of the products being returned.
    • Shipments that do not follow the above guidelines may be returned to the sender without processing.
